|Recommended: YesNew resident — These apartments are great If you are looking for a great place to live in Georgetown but don't want to be directly in town these are the place We love the staff and the apartment. Brand new construction so we are the first to live in them The amenities are amazing we are looking forward to playing pickleball and taking a swim in the beautiful pool

|Recommended: YesI wanted to express my gratitude to the warm invite while touring Modera Georgetown apartments. The office personnel were wonderful and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience touring your community. The clubhouse is amazing. With its modern vibe and wonderful amenities. Every corner of the clubhouse was immaculate. Very well kept and super clean. Having the indoor package room is an awesome idea. Gives a great feeling that online orders will be safe. I also loved the cafe area. Where one could sit, drink coffee and open your laptop and work away from home or office. Also the gym is spacious and has everything you could possibly need to get a great workout. And a pickle ball court The lates craze for fun and a little competition. Can’t wait for the hot summer days cause that luxury pool is calling me already.

|Recommended: YesSuch a breath of fresh air — May children and I have never had more fun and felt more safe when walking around or playing on the playground It’s so relaxing and peaceful. I haven’t experienced any sort of discomfort.
