Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum.

Our community offers gated access. Each resident receives a gate pass for their car windshield to enter the gate. Guests visiting Modera Georgetown will be granted access by the current resident.

Monthly fees include a $25/month trash fee, $5/month pest control fee, $25 amenity fee, and pet rent of $20/month per pet.

How do I pay rent?

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to log in and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).

We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.

With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent upfront and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.
